We invite you to organize conferences, presentations, trainings and banquets at the IYMC. We offer professional organization and service.
We have four conference rooms (from 20 to 50 people) equipped with multimedia equipment and a room with a gallery for large projects (up to 250 people). In the seminar and conference building there is also a dining room (up to 100 seats), a café with a patio and a library and a media room. The conference rooms can be freely arranged depending on the type of meeting held.
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and offers cold drinks, sweets, as well as professional literature and IYMC publications. Things of value can be stored in a depository, located at the reception.
We provide multimedia projectors, laptops, flipcharts, TV / video / DVD set, sound equipment (microphones, amplifier, speakers), equipment for simultaneous translation.
We offer transport services - the possibility of renting a bus with a driver for passenger transport (8 or 9-person cars).
We do not make the premises available to political and other organizations whose goals are inconsistent with the IYMC program goals.
