The essence of the pedagogy of remembrance, as implemented at the IYMC, is to talk together and support young people in discovering as well as interpreting historical facts. The main topics of the seminars, workshops, conferences, and study tours we prepare and conduct are the history of the Second World War, the Holocaust, and Auschwitz. Auschwitz becomes a point of reference in the universal discourse about the system of values in societies and problems of the contemporary world.
