The third edition of the conference drew the attention of participants to the fate and motives of individuals: perpetrators, victims, and witnesses of the crime. Through this prism, we discussed what makes a person capable of perpetrating terrible evil, while at other times they are able to resist it and, also, what to do to not be indifferent to evil, which does not directly concern us.
