The Neumann Scholarship Trust was established at the behest of the late Maria and Stanisław Neumann. The Scholarship Trust was created at the Foundation for the International Youth Meeting Center in Oświęcim, ul. Legionów 11. 
The purpose of the Trust is to support the education of talented youth from the city and municipality of Oświęcim. It can be used by high school students who finish their education and want to take up studies at universities, whose financial situation would prevent them from seeking further education.
Assistance is provided in the form of non-returnable scholarships.

The scholarship award is decided by:

• above average talents confirmed by results (grades, academic and artistic achievements, etc.);
• difficult financial situation (verified average net earnings per family member);
• additional recommendations (e.g. from schools, parishes, public institutions, associations, private individuals - teachers or educators).

Candidates' applications should be submitted to the secretariat of the International Youth Meeting Center, ul. Legionów 11, 32-600 Oświęcim (phone: +48 33 843 12 11) in sealed envelopes marked "The Neumann Scholarship Trust,” or send by post to the address of the IYMC.

The condition for releasing the awarded scholarship is the submission of a certificate of admission to studies at an institution of higher education.
