45th International Museum Day at Burgk Castle

On 15 May, the 45th International Museum Day was opened at Burgk Castle by Thuringian Prime Minister Bodo Ramelow. Part of the event was the exhibition "Remembrance enclosed in enamel" which was created in the context of the 35th anniversary of IYMC The delegation of the IYMC included the curator of the exhibition Prof. Elzbieta Kuraj, the artist Krzysztof Dadak and Leszek Szuster, who travelled to Thuringia at the express wish of the organisers to honour his long-standing cooperation with the Free State of Thuringia.

The exhibition will be on display at Burgk Castle until 1 July. We thank the Marshal's Office of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship for making the trip of the Polish artists possible.
