A HOUSE TO LIVE
A PLACE TO LEARN

We are in the town of Oświęcim to remind about Auschwitz. To convince, that we must learn from the past. We show that Oświęcim can be a place of meetings, reconciliation, and understanding. We are in the town of Oświęcim so that Auschwitz will not be repeated.

Following the statement made by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on 23.07 in Baile Tusnad, Romania, we express our opposition to the scandalous form and, above all, the openly racist content behind these statements.

We join a wide range of organisations and institutions, including Holocaust Survivors affiliated to the International Auschwitz Committee, Jewish communities and all those condemning the Hungarian Prime Minister's statement, and call on national and European politicians to take a clear and firm stance against Viktor Orban.
