On the night of August 2nd to 3rd, 1944, the Germans liquidated the so-called "Gypsy camp" at KL Auschwitz II-Birkenau. Around 4,300 children, women, and men were killed. This year we marked the 80th anniversary of the liquidation of the Roma camp in Auschwitz.
