On the border of two worlds

On the 27th of August, at the cultural center Haus Dacherröden in Erfurt, the finissage of the exhibition "On the border between two worlds" was organised by the International Youth Meeting Center in Oświęcim in cooperation with the Marshal's Office of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship and the Thuringian Culture Foundation.
As in the previous presentations, a musical commentary on the works of Paweł Warchoł and Waldemar Rudyk was provided by the group m.o.l.o. Soundpainters composed of: Jacek Hołubowski, Mateusz Pliniewicz, Piotr Skupniewicz. During the closing ceremony Prof. Dr. Benjamin-Immanuel Hoff, Minister for Culture and European Affairs of Thuringia spoke about the importance of remembrance of Auschwitz and cooperation with the IYMC. Leszek Szuster spoke about the artistic activity of the House in the context of the commemoration. The presentation in Erfurt is the next project of the cooperation between the IYMC and Thuringia, which has been ongoing for several years and is part of the partnership of this land with Lesser Poland.
