Today’s city of Oświęcim functions on the junction of the past and the present. During the seminar, the participants will make an attempt to uncover the faces of the place and of memory, confronting themselves with the site (Auschwitz and Oświęcim) and learning about the art of photography. The results of the work of participants will be presented at the exhibition and in a post-seminar catalogue. The photography classes as part of the seminar will be led by photography experts.
